ASVARA products are prepared and packed with care. Please review the shipping information below before ordering.

Shipping Destinations

ASVARA currently ships within the United States.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During launches, promotions, holidays, or unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping: $8.00 USD.
Express shipping: $15.00 USD, when available and appropriate for the products ordered.

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Estimates and Tracking

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Transit times may vary with the destination, weather, holidays, carrier operations, and other circumstances outside ASVARA’s control.

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after your order ships. Carrier scans can take time to update after a label is created.

Fragrance Product Shipping

ASVARA ships glass fragrance sprays and oils using protective packaging. Certain products may be restricted to approved ground transportation depending on their ingredients and applicable carrier regulations.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an address error, contact ASVARA as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or with missing items, contact ASVARA promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging if available so we can review the issue.

For packages marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can review the shipment and assist with the next steps.
