Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. ASVARA may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, or shipping limitations. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are presented during checkout when required. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, payment, and contact information.

Fragrance Use

Use ASVARA products only as directed on their labeling and packaging. Keep products away from children and pets unless the product directions specifically state otherwise. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

Frequency and Wellness Language

References to frequencies, atmosphere, intention, grounding, attraction, alignment, mood, or similar concepts are part of ASVARA’s creative brand experience. ASVARA products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and our brand language is not medical advice.

Intellectual Property

ASVARA branding, product presentation, original copy, graphics, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to ASVARA and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission except as permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

The store may rely on third-party providers for services such as ecommerce hosting, payment processing, shipping, analytics, and other functionality. Their services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

Limitation
