At ASVARA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible, unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in their original condition, with seals intact and original packaging included.

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, opened or used fragrance sprays and oils are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or missing, contact ASVARA promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging if available.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, consistent with applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Contact adrienpierce22@gmail.com and include your order number before sending an item back.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return destination. Please do not ship products back without authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns. ASVARA will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the return results from our error or a verified defective product, as applicable.

Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law or when ASVARA determines otherwise.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We can accommodate cancellations before an order has shipped, but cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun.
